They cater an average of 100 students on a daily basis. Heavy duty equipment facilitate bulk cooking including the tandoor to enable tandoori items in the menu.
This is a kitchen used by expertises for research & development in culinary art. This kitchen is equipped with modernly developed machineries & equipments. Which develops skills & knowledge in students in accordance with presentation &preparation of products?
This area is well equipped, ventilated & specious which accommodates around 30 students at a time. Training Restaurant &Bar; Air conditioned training restaurant where students learn or students are trained for 5 star level service & they develop their knowledge & skill with regards to food & beverage service.
It also enhances style in serving techniques. It is well equipped with silver ware, glass ware and other sophisticated equipment required for quality service. It operates 40 covers and also has a Training bar with modern equipments

House Keeping: Air conditioned housekeeping department which comprises of an attach guestroom with well designed interiors which allows our students to train and know about the layout & bed making. We also have Laundry equipped with washing machines, driers, and a wash area. It reflects a Standard housekeeping department in 5 star hotels.
